Our Bromley centre is situated on Hayes Lane, only a 10 minute
walk from Bromley Town Centre. There is free parking
available onsite for up to 4 hours and is situated on various bus
routes from Hayes, Bickley, Shortlands and Bromley.
The Bromley centre is unique to in that it provides a fully
integrated health and wellbeing service. The centre offers onsite
physiotherapy service and monthly visits by medical experts such as
Physiologists and GP's, which no other fitness provider can offer
in the area.
The centre has a 20 meter swimming pool plus a spa, steam room
and sauna; a large fitness area with the latest equipment; 5 squash
courts; crèche and Nursery and 2 fitness studio's that provide over
80 classes per week. We also provide Elemis relaxation/beauty
therapies, Personal Training and Health MOT's all carried out by
our professionally qualified trained team to a very high
standard.
Our team at Bromley support our customers with maintaining and
achieving their fitness goals are made up of Wellbeing Advisors,
Physiotherapists, Studio Instructors and Personal Trainers. We also
have a team who look after our customers needs on arrival and
during their relaxation time at the centre, covering customer
services and beauty therapists.
