Our purpose built centre is situated in Mapperley, Nottingham,
approximately 4 miles from the city centre Centre with free,
private parking onsite.
The Nottingham centre is unique to the area in that it provides
a fully integrated health and wellbeing service. The centre offers
onsite physiotherapy treatments, a nutritionist, GP and Health
Assessments which no other fitness provider can offer in the
area.
The centre has a 20 meter swimming pool plus a steam room, sauna
and ice room; a large fitness area with the latest equipment and 2
fitness studios that provides over 40 classes per week. We also
provide Elemis relaxation/beauty therapies, Personal Training and
Health MOT's all carried out by our professionally qualified
trained team to a very high standard.
Our team at Nottingham support our customers with maintaining
and achieving their fitness goals are made up of Wellbeing
Advisors, Physiotherapists, Studio Instructors and Personal
trainers. We also have a team who look after our customers needs on
arrival and during their relaxation time at the centre, covering
customer services and beauty therapists.
