Our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres provide services for three
distinct sectors -
Corporate Fitness,
Community Fitness and the
Commercial Fitness
Centres:
Corporate Fitness
The importance of employee wellbeing is well recognised and
valued by many employers, and as such they look to the expertise of
Nuffield Health to provide this service. Through the unique
services of Nuffield Health this may take the form of an on site
fitness provision, or alternatively include a full suite of medical
facilities such as onsite GP, dentist etc.
Nuffield Health currently provides a service to a range of
clients from manufacturing to large multi national banks and law
firms, with sites based all over the UK.
In addition to this Nuffield Health currently supports corporate
sites based in Ireland and Holland. Roles range from reception to
fitness, as well as a number of self employed opportunities such as
beauty therapists/masseuse. For fitness roles you must have a
reps level 3, and ideally have a formal sports science
qualification.
Whilst the qualifications are essential, your attitude and
commitment to improving health and wellbeing are just as important
to us. For more information on the clinical services roles
within these sites please refer to the clinical products and
services section below…
Community Fitness
In partnership with various local authorities Nuffield Health
manages a variety of large multi facility leisure centres around
the country. These sites combine more traditional sports and
fitness facilities with recently added high quality clinical
intervention programmes.
Nuffield Health works within local communities providing
dedicated services to a wide customer base, including schools,
sports clubs and various other community user groups. This is
without doubt an exciting and challenging place to work. Programmes
are designed to engage with, and provide opportunities for a large
and varied client base and will cover group activities to specific
sessions for individuals who may require dedicated one to one
support.
Roles available include fitness and workout Instructors, sports
coaches, lifeguards, receptionists, sales assistants, heads of
department as well as centre General Managers. The nature of
our Community Fitness business often provides employment
opportunities over holiday periods and we are therefore very
interested in talking to candidates who can work part time during
both school term and holiday periods.
Commercial Fitness
Centres
Our own-brand Fitness & Wellbeing Centres are really
inspiring. Professional treatments and advice come as part of the
service. The best equipment and swimming pools, classes, seminars
and relaxation facilities are always available for our clients. And
because we recruit enthusiastic, proactive and knowledgeable
people, the right help is always at hand to provide smart health
the smart way.
We're always on the lookout for talent but, as you can
appreciate, we don't have openings in all locations, all of the
time. Use job
search to see if we have something for you right now or call
our Recruitment Hotline on 0800 587 7470. Alternatively register
your interest, then we'll be in touch when we have a suitable
vacancy.
