Our Centre Managers and Assistant Managers within our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres are integral to driving a commercial operation. Autonomy is key with Centre Managers actively tasked with running their centre as their own small business and Assistant Managers tasked with running their departments as their own small business.

Whilst we expect our managers to operate legally, be health and safety compliant and deliver what we promise - a high-quality, high-end health and fitness experience for all our customers, we also want our managers to flourish and be decision makers. But with autonomy comes accountability so any successful manager within our business has to be resilient, results driven and committed to operating their business with integrity.

Along with a Centre Manager, Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres operate with a number of Assistant Managers who specialise in the following areas:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Member Retention
  • Health & Safety
  • Administration
