Property / Facilities
Our Property department provides expert building and engineering
technical support to the whole of the Nuffield Health estate.
Nuffield Health's portfolio of 108 properties including hospitals,
commercial fitness centres, community fitness centres, HSSU and
medical centres are managed by the property team ensuring full and
complete maintenance of all Nuffield Health properties, engineering
plants, systems and equipment.
To achieve this, the property team is divided into three areas:
Technical Services, Project Management and Facilities Relationship
Management. The head of each area reports into the Property
Director.
The facilities maintenance for the hospitals and fitness &
wellbeing centres has been outsourced and is managed by our
Supplier Relationship Manager who ensures that sites receive a
consistent standard of support throughout the estate, with a strong
emphasis on planned and preventative maintenance. In addition, a
team of Electro Bio-Medical Engineers maintain and service medical
devices within our hospitals.
