Our Finance department supports the business in various ways, some with direct operational links others in a central capacity. The principle areas of activity are:

  • Financial and management reporting
  • Commercial business support
  • Cash and Treasury Management
  • Tax and other financial advice
  • Processing payments to suppliers
  • Invoicing and billing processes for parts of the business.

Our finance function is integrated into the business, with elements based within New Malden, at our Ipswich hospital (Accounts Payable Shared Service Centre) and across the country in our hospital locations (Hospital Finance Managers).
