HR & L&D
Our HR department supports employees and managers in the
following functions:
- AskHR - Human Resources Support and Employee Relations teams
(ER)
- Pensions
- Payroll
- Internal Communications
- Learning and Development
- Recruitment
Our central HR functions are located at New Malden (with the
exception of Recruitment which is based out of our Chester
Hospital)
Many of our hospitals have an on-site HR Advisor and all Senior
Managers in our sites across all Divisions can access a Regional HR
Manager. However, all employees can access our central support team
who can provide professional support and advice on a wide range of
employee issues.
We're always on the lookout for HR & LD people, but as
you can appreciate, we don't have openings in all locations, all of
