Our central marketing department at New Malden is led by our Group Marketing Director, who is a member of the Executive Board. The marketing team's role is to help our customers to understand the diverse range of services we offer and to ensure that Nuffield Health is front of mind when they think about any aspect of health, thus growing our business.

The team has overall responsibility for all external communications to our key customer groups, including consumers, healthcare professionals and corporates. An important part of this is communicating the total, integrated Nuffield Health brand, as well as focusing on the different sections of the business. Our remit includes advertising, promotions, events, on-line, PR, market research, customer relationship management and all customer facing literature and information.

Marketing are the overall guardians of how the Nuffield Health brand looks and are responsible for communicating this to the business and making sure the brand rules and guidelines are being followed.

The central marketing department is structured in the same way as the business, with 3 specific teams looking after Hospitals, Fitness and Wellbeing and Clinical Services. Specialist teams within the marketing department also look after our web site and all digital communications, public relations, market research and customer relationship management. The central marketing team develop, implement and manage all central communication campaigns and set the overall communications plans for the year. Each Fitness and Wellbeing Centre and Hospital also develops their own local market sales and marketing plans, which are implemented locally. The central team provide the framework for these plans and the toolkits needed to implement them.
