At the Nuffield Health Woking Hospital we’re committed to providing a standard of healthcare which is second to none. We are looking for a committed, flexible and reliable individual to ensure the provision of a high quality cleaning service.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and work alongside the housekeeping team delivering a consistently high standard cleaning service to the hospital. The ideal candidate will have proven, demonstrable experience of leading cleaning staff, you will need to be able to prioritise workloads to ensure that standards are upheld and continuity of service is maintained at all times.
Your administration duties will include weekly rotas that will need to be produced and maintained, management of the stock ordering and control for the department, carrying out weekly audits and acting on the results as well as maintaining training records for the department.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to work independently and possess strong team working skills. They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and possess an eye for detail ensuring our customer experience is of the highest quality. The desired candidate will preferably have previous experience of working within a hospital environment; have good IT skills and customer care training experience.
