Joining us here, you’ll begin with a structured and intense induction programme designed to bring you up to speed as quickly as possible so that you can start selling and earning your commission at the earliest opportunity. You’ll also attend a Sales Day designed to introduce you to the Nuffield Health way – a way that puts people first.
Crucially, you’ll be an important member of the Nuffield Health Sales division – the teams that are made up of experienced individuals from a diverse range of sales backgrounds. Having experience in the leisure industry won’t necessarily give you the advantage. What you will need, is the drive to beat targets combined with a passion to help people to get and stay healthy.
