Helping people achieve the standard of health and wellbeing they aspire to. That’s what physiotherapy at Nuffield Health is all about.

Physiotherapy at Nuffield Health

Seeing people make real progress. That’s why you began this journey. It’s what defines physiotherapy at Nuffield Health. Which means a career here is your chance to do exactly what you trained to do.

Our physiotherapy team is renowned for achieving excellence in quality and clinical governance. Most importantly, it is perfectly set up to make a real and lasting difference to people’s lives. That’s why our team is growing. And that is why you will thrive here.

At Nuffield Health, you’ll enjoy the advantages of fantastic facilities. With access to the latest technology, you will discover equipment that supports you and your patients. They will get better physically, while you continue to grow and develop personally and professionally.

You’re someone who always focuses on the best, unique outcome for each person you support with physiotherapy expertise.

That’s why you’re the perfect person to help us change how the UK sees health.

It’s about being part of a multi-disciplinary family of wellbeing and clinical experts, working together to help patients and clients get the most from life. As a not for profit organisation, we invest every penny back into our patients, our services and you. Which means you can truly put the people who are your patients first. With more time to care, you can build relationships of trust and make a real difference.

Yes, that’s why you became a physiotherapist. And that’s why you’ll get the most out of working with Nuffield Health.

Connected Healthcare

As we work to change the way the UK sees health, our patient-centred, integrated approach focuses on the best outcomes for individuals. It means that we’re always open to exploring new practices and treatments, and continue to invest in state-of-the art facilities.

From the gym to the hospital to the wellbeing centre, visiting a corporate client or providing a triage service from home, you’ll have access to the latest techniques and equipment. As you deal with people’s complex problems, you’ll be able to make the most of your time with them, to ensure you both see the positive, long-term benefits.

You’ll also find yourself working on our Recovery Plus Programme - a three month personalised rehabilitation and fitness programme designed to support a wide range of patients who’ve undergone major surgery. Playing a vital role in helping to prevent future hospital visits through increasing individual patients’ overall fitness levels and improving health and wellbeing, this is just one example of our prevention-focused approach.

What we look for in our Physiotherapists

Above all, you’re passionate about getting to know and care for all kinds of people - from the talented healthcare professionals who will be your colleagues, to the diverse individuals who you’ll guide along the road to recovery. We thrive on the diverse backgrounds of our Physiotherapists, as we treat such a broad range of patients, injuries and conditions. Whoever you’re working with, your naturally warm, friendly and supportive approach will make a world of difference on their journey.

We expect you to be HPC registered and have a BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent). But it’s definitely your caring nature and way with people that set you apart. You really care about the people who you are your patients. So you’ll engage with each and every one as a unique individual and take time to understand what they truly need from physiotherapy.

You care about your colleagues too, and you’ll work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to make a difference. We recognise that you are also passionate about your own personal development. So as you improve the health and wellbeing of others, you’ll enjoy our full support and encouragement to develop your skills, experience and potential.

What’s in it for you

You’ll enjoy opportunities for progression through structured clinical or managerial career pathways, as well as flexible working, a competitive salary and benefits package.

All with the satisfaction of delivering a unique service that improves the lives of people across the UK.
