Upholding our proud reputation for high-quality facilities, you will be an essential part of our ongoing fitness and wellbeing journey as you take responsibility for managing an effective preventative maintenance programme for a gym site.

This will include the whole remit of maintenance challenges – from the outer shell of the building to internal facilities and the surrounding grounds – so you’ll have plenty of variety in your working day. Ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, you’ll have a sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a determination to complete your duties in line with company policies and procedures.

You’ll also have the chance to flex your skills, gaining knowledge from our ongoing training and development opportunities, and maintaining your understanding of current health and safety legislation including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and guidelines.

Whether you’re completing Building Services daily checklist or carrying out pool maintenance and testing, you’ll work proactively with other members of staff to deliver the highest of standards. That might mean you’ll be flagging up any health and safety concerns to the General Manager, or you’ll support the Operations Manager in the prioritisation of health and safety management. Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, you’ll do it with a smile on your face.
