Development & Leadership programmes

As an employee of Nuffield Health you will have access to our Leadership Development Programmes that support our leaders and managers to develop their skills.

The Senior Leader Programme is for senior leaders who have the desire and potential to operate at a higher level in the business in the short to medium term future.  Working with Ashridge Business School we have compiled a 8 month programme to stretch and develop our leaders through a series of residential courses and project work that will expose them to the strategic priorities in the business.

Our Signature Leadership Workshops comprise of a number of workshops aimed at senior leaders to enhance their skills set, including Positive Influencing for Results & Relationships, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Brand Leadership.

The Established Leaders Programme provides our leaders an opportunity to increase their self-awareness as a leader.   They complete a 6 month programme that includes residential courses, 360 appraisals and group tasks all designed to develop their leadership skills and integrate managers from across the business.

The Discovering Leadership Workshops are aimed at leaders and managers who want to enhance their leadership skills, including Brand Led Recruitment, Building & Leading  High Performing Teams and Critical Conversations.

For managers new to the business or newly promoted into a management role, we offer Foundation Leadership Workshops in areas such as leading the Nuffield way, Employee Relations and Performance Excellence.

For all colleagues we offer a range of e-learning options, workshops and continual professional development in their chosen field (e.g. Fitness Instructors).
