Full or Part time, with a minimum of 30hrs over 4 days (working on a flexible basis between 7.30am to 7.30pm)
Deliver mental health assessments, high intensity psychological interventions (remotely and face to face) to patients from a wide range of referral routes
Clinically supervise a team of HI Therapists

Our service is growing rapidly due to new opportunities with increasing referrals and opportunities to expand and develop our service.
The role is based at one of our Nuffield Health locations as well as from home (one day per week).
As part of our Clinical Leadership team you will be supervising a team of regional CBT professionals. We will be looking for your input to the future strategy of Emotional Wellbeing as we move out of the pandemic. We offer a range of CPD training including EMDR so that you can continue to be your best.
Your role will be a mix of delivering assessments, therapy, supervision and the opportunity to be involved in strategy, planning and development. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to be involved in ground-breaking research projects with our prestigious University partners.
You will provide remote interventions (via secure telephone or video link) and face to face therapy/assessment for referrals from a range of sources including corporate and insurance customers. This includes triage to the appropriate level of the service and monitoring a case from beginning to end, facilitating a patient to maintain or return to their maximum level of functioning.
You will receive monthly clinical supervision, weekly senior team support and training as part of your role.
The role will also include:
Training new Therapists on all aspects of the mental health service
Leading specific projects relating to the psychotherapy service
Ensure KPI’s are met for our Corporate and PMI business
Participate in the ‘on call’ out of hours roster
To succeed as a Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist you will:
Be fully accredited with the BABCP, with a post-graduate diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(or equivalent)
Be experienced in clinically supervising a team of CBT Therapist, ideally with an appropriate qualification, but ongoing training will be provided
Have experience of remotely supporting a team of clinicians
Be highly organised and be a supportive member of our mental health team.
Have excellent communication skills to liaise with other professional groups and multi-disciplinary teams and really focus on the needs of our customers
Proficient in IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages, databases and electronic record systems.
Other recognisable therapy qualifications i.e. in EMDR, IPT, DBT etc.
An awareness of mental health needs in the corporate setting
An awareness of working with private medical insurance
