It is a very customer focused role from providing a first impression either on phone or in person, handling calls, managing schedules, and ensuring everything is in its right place.

What are the favourite parts of your role?

Being the face of the hospital to welcome patients and make them feel at ease and being part of a great team.

What have you found most challenging in your role?

It can become very busy there is a need to multi-task and handle request simultaneously. Good communication and patience is required.
