Technology at Nuffield Health

We spoke to Cheryl Osborn - Head of Non Clinical Operating Model, Operational Development & Effectiveness, Claire Hardiman – Deployment Operational Change Lead and Emily Foster, Systems Training Lead, in the technology space at Nuffield Health, delivering Nuffield Health electric patient record (NEPR) project across our hospitals. Why is now a great time to join your team?

Cheryl: “This is a very exciting and rewarding time for our team as we begin to ramp up the deployment of TrakCare across the remaining 30 hospitals over the next 2 years.  We will work closely with our amazing colleagues in the hospitals and support them every step of the way.”

Claire: “It’s a friendly, small and knowledgeable team with a wealth of experience in clinical and non-clinical processes.”

Emily: “To be part of one the biggest change projects the charity has ever undertaken! We have a growing team of trainers with diverse experience who together are making a positive difference and supporting our hospital teams adopt the new ways of working.”
