Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

We are looking for a Team Administrator to join Bristol Hospital. Whether you join us from the NHS or a private setting, you will find that we offer you an opportunity to be part of a small efficient friendly team, providing a high quality diagnostic service.

As a Team Administrator, you will be required to:

  • Make appointments for radiology clinics

  • Support front of house and theatres

  • Answer the telephone

  • Liaise with various internal and external parties

  • Assist with general admin duties in the department

To succeed as a Team Administrator, you will:

  • Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner

  • Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent

  • Have good  IT and keyboard skills

  • Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage
