The Transparency Statement applies to this Applicant Tracking System operated by Workday and maintained by Nuffield Health.

What will we do with your personal information?

Nuffield Health will collect information from you relating to your application for employment with the company. Such information may include your name, contact information, demographic information, job experience and history, educational background, position(s) you are interested in, monitoring and diversity information where permitted by law and any other information you choose to submit including CV, Cover Letter or similar submissions such as through Social Media accounts like LinkedIn. Please note you have the option to select “Prefer not to say” on any monitoring and diversity information.

The data you provide is essential in order for us to progress your application through our recruitment process. Data will typically include your name, contact details, job experience and qualifications. This data will only be shared internally to a number of individuals involved in the recruitment process. We will not sell or rent any of your identifiable personal information to any third party however your data may be inputted to third party systems for processing on data portability grounds – this data will be purged within the retention schedule. Disclosure of your identifiable personal data to a third party outside of those listed in this document will not occur unless approved by you or required by law.

Nuffield Health will store the personal information that you provide via our ATS and we may also collect anonymous technical data based on the cookies enabled on your device. Such data is used solely for the purpose of processing your information and ensuring the correct operation of the system. We will store your personal information that you provide via this recruitment site for as long as is reasonably necessary for the processing of your employment application and where necessary for keeping records imposed under applicable law. We do use a talent management system called Avature however we will contact you if we do move you to that system and gain consent again.

How secure will your data be?

We will ensure we use technical, manual and administrative measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or modification of your information.

Who do we share your information with?

We do use various third party organisations during majority of our recruitment processes. Your data will be used and transferred between these organised only for the purposes outlined in this statement for the processing of your application. We will use appropriate security measures with the third parties in compliance with the relevant GDPR and data protection laws.
