Nuffield Health at Cardiff & Vale hospital are looking for a Radiology Administrator Team Leader to work at our Cardiff Bay site.  Successful candidates will be competent in all client services, striving to provide and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer care for the radiology department. As our Radiology Administrator Team Lead you will:

  • Lead, manage and develop administrators​
  • Provide the highest standards of customer service
  • To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • To ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales
  • To work within the Radiology & Main reception department


The person


To succeed as a Radiology Admin Team Lead, you will need:


  • Ability to lead and inspire others
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Adaptive communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
  • Confident in use of IT Systems
  • High standards of professionalism
  • Experience in a radiology setting (Desirable)

This role is part time of 34 hours per week. Hours are to be worked over 4 or 5 days. Please note that the department operational hours are 8am-8pm, Monday – Friday so flexibility to work across these hours is a must
