At Nuffield Health Edinburgh Hospital, we are looking for someone to help manage our team and drive exceptional levels of customer service. Previous supervisory experience within a clinical or hospital setting would be beneficial.

As a Reception Team Leader, you will:

  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring all shifts are covered and stepping in personally to provide additional support when needed.
  • Support induction, training, and ongoing mentoring for new team members.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time and in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Help coordinate and optimise staff resources across the site.
  • Identify skill gaps within the Reception team and contribute to planning and delivering training, including the annual training plan and appraisal process.
  • Ensure Reception colleagues complete and validate all required training.
  • Provide accurate staff data to management to support continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Oversee daily Reception processes, maintaining high service standards and ensuring practices align with Nuffield Health values.
