Our Warwickshire Hospital currently have an opportunity for an administrator. This role is to support all administration areas within the department from bookings, to medical record. Start your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.


As an Administrator you duties may include;

  • Preparation of outpatient clinics

  • Management of patient records

  • Handle all enquires and queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating where necessary

  • Arrange and book appointments

  • Deal with persons face to face and via telephone

  • Welcome patients, take payments, and keep them updated on appointment schedule

  • Ensure all data/information is entered, modified and maintained

  • Liaise with consultants for instructions relating to procedures

  • Typing skills desirable, but not essential


To succeed as an Administrator you will;

  • Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.

  • Have good IT and keyboard skills.

  • Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
