Our team in our Warwickshire Hospital currently have an internal opportunity for a Inpatient Booking Administrator. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.

The bookings administrator will be responsible for effectively and efficiently administering all aspects of appointment bookings within our Inpatient Bookings department ensuring the company is able to meet and exceed their service deliverables from a quantitative and qualitative perspective at all times.
 
As a Bookings Administrator you will;

  • To ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
  • To handle booking forms, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • To ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
  • To provide support, including but not limited to:
  • Appointment bookings and changes
  • Create, alter or cancel POA appointments as required to support business needs


As an experienced Booking Administrator individual you will have the following skills;

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone Manner
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of excel, word, outlook, bespoke database
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of the importance of policies and operating procedures
