As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will:

  • Deal with queries via email, over the phone and in person
  • Ensure accurate patient processing.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, audits and diary management.
  • Manage the in and outflow of radiological images.
  • Work as part of the team to enable a smooth patient journey through our department
  • Provide cover both in the day and some evenings

As an Administrator, you will:

  • Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Have good IT and keyboard skills.
  • Preferably have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment.
  • Have good focus and attention to detail.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have a 'can do' attitude
