Nuffield Health is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting Financial Services Technology Transformation programme of work within the Employee, Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on a fixed term contract until the end of 2025.

As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a large-scale technology transformation project within the financial services arena working closely with all teams across technology.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technology Delivery Manager with a strong track record in delivering projects across a complex environment. You will bring a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus – but a passion for delivering fast-paced change in a complex estate is what we’re looking for.

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.

  • Proven delivery experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.

  • An accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Provide effective operational leadership in respect of transformation within the technology department.

  • Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build, maintain, and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

  • A collaborative working style with a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.

  • Experience of working in healthcare and managing best practice in the field of Information Governance and its relevant regulations would be beneficial
