About the Role

As our Client Engagement Executive, you’ll proactively manage a portfolio of corporate Health Assessment clients, driving both revenue and engagement with our services. Representing Nuffield Health professionally and embodying the values of our charity, you'll ensure all interactions with clients and intermediaries reflect our purpose.

This role focuses on developing strong client relationships and creating tailored account plans to maximise opportunities. You’ll work collaboratively to support each client’s broader employee benefits and wellbeing strategy, positioning Nuffield Health as a key partner in their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Tier 4 Health Assessment clients and intermediaries through professional written communication, regular client calls, and annual in-person meetings.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to drive revenue growth within the existing client base.

  • Create and manage tailored annual account plans for each client to support revenue targets.

  • Represent Nuffield Health at benefit fairs (both in-person and virtual) to promote Health Assessments to corporate employees.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and intermediaries, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint.

  • Strong relationship management skills with experience overseeing a portfolio of clients

  • Proven ability to deliver benefits presentations to corporate clients and represent organisations at benefit fairs

  • Commercial and financial awareness with a focus on driving value

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in documentation writing

  • Ability to provide structured feedback through both formal and informal management information (MI)

  • Confidence and competence in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • A proactive approach to learning new systems, applications, and processes
