Best of all, you’ll enjoy the training and development opportunities you need to be the best you can be.
Growing our own talent is a vital part of our patient-focused agenda. We want to nurture people to become fully embedded in the Nuffield way of working, to deliver our vision for health and wellbeing. This is why we’ve introduced the Nuffield Health Preceptorship Programme.
Recognising your achievements so far, this brand new, nine month blended learning programme is the next exciting career step for newly qualified nurses.
Designed specifically to meet the needs of nurses following NMC registration, the programme offers a range of innovative development opportunities for you to gain expert insight and further your knowledge, including:
- Shadowing an assigned mentor.
- Developing your clinical skills through work placements within our national network.
- Valuable exposure to our Wellbeing Division (Our gyms and our corporate clients), so that you can experience first-hand our holistic way of working.
- Distance learning over Webex with business leaders.
- Meeting your peers face-to-face in workshops and masterclasses.
Just as you have placements in different areas while training, with Nuffield Health you can continue to grow and experience new things. So why work on a specialist ward when you can experience more variety, and something different every day?
Taking you on a real career progression journey, we’ll give you the tools, support and exposure to experts – but you’ll be in full control of your learning and development, so you must have the motivation to succeed. With full mentoring, we expect you to grow your skills and confidence.
In return for your hard work and dedication you’ll enjoy genuine job satisfaction, and reassurance that you’ll be cared for the way you care for your patients – with respect for individual needs.Apply now for our Newly Qualified Nursing Roles
