If you’re joining us as a General Manager, you’ll champion the success of your centre, leading from the front, and running it as if it was your own business. You’ll inspire your teams to keep growing customer satisfaction, fostering an environment that encourages continual improvement and outstanding performance. And you’ll identify new opportunities and innovative ways to grow your membership base.
If you’re joining us as a Deputy General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for a combination of departments – so you could be working across anything from Physiotherapy & Health Assessment, to Fitness and Sales, Swimming, Beauty or the Nursery/Crèche.
For both roles, you must be passionate about helping your customers to improve their lives. With management experience (in any field), you will be health and safety compliant and deliver what we promise – a high-quality, high-end health and fitness experience for our customers. You’ll be motivated – and a motivator. You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and you’ll be a decision-maker.
