How long have you worked for Nuffield Health?

I joined Nuffield Health in September 2021.

Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?

My career progression at Nuffield Health is being given more responsibility with covering a TAM role which has allowed me to build on my network within Nuffield as well as gaining more experience within the role.  

Tell us about the team you work in?

The team I work with are responsible for sourcing for our harder to fill roles or roles that are not generating candidates with appropriate experience. We are essentially the in house agency. The sourcing team is split into regions, I am responsible for sourcing in the North for both our hospitals and gyms.

Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?

I chose to join Nuffield Health because they are a charity that truly cares for their employees and their goals for their charity allign with my own.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health?

My favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health is that they value their employees and they give each employee equal treatment and values all my hard work and determination.

Nuffield have a flexible approach to working hours and flexibility to work from home so they offer a great work/life balance.

What is your career highlight?

Since starting at Nuffield Health my career highlights have been they have fully trusted in me and believe in me that they given me more responsibility to progress my career.

How do you use your employee benefits?

Their are many employees benefits but I have not required to use them yet apart from the free gym membership, which I maximise all the time.
