Everyone is valued

Meet Chloe Cornforth, our Senior Contact Centre Coordinator in the Mental Health team. Chloe joined us just over a year ago as a bookings coordinator, where she quickly progressed into a senior position within the team.

Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?

I started as a booking coordinator within the Mental health department and then after 10 months I was successful in becoming a champion booking coordinator. A month and a half after starting my Champion role I was offered a senior role.

Tell us about the team you work in?

The mental health team are so loving and caring. I would not ask for a better team to work with, everyone is valued and the support I have received from the team has been immense. Everyone is always on standby if there are any questions.

Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?

Nuffield Health’s values of building a healthier nation are something I believe in and Nuffield Health also value their employees’ wellbeing. There are great progression opportunities career wise which I have taken full advantage of. There are also many employee benefits available to us.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health?

My favourite thing is my work colleagues, we all get along well and that makes working enjoyable. Working within mental health is very rewarding and it’s a great feeling knowing how many lives you change for the better each day.

What is your career highlight?

My career highlight is being offered a senior role just after 1 year of working within the business. Something I worked hard for and something I am incredibly proud of.

How do you use your employee benefits?

I take full advantage of my free Nuffield Health gym membership. My partner has a discounted £5 gym membership and I have free health care which I can access at any time which is paid by Nuffield Health.
